Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized designs or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be fully content about your experience with us.

If you decide to return or exchange the product, please e-mail to ask@unexpectedone.com before physically sending the products right back to us.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of billing date in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and additional taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the limited availability of the designs, we do not provide credit refunds.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
