Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Türkiye to the destination of your choice globally.

Domestic shipments will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo at the cost agreed upon your purchase. International packages are sent via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express Worldwide.


All shipping providers feature tracking and gets orders to all major markets in 3-5 business days.

IMPORTANT: Any additional taxes or fees charged by the country of destination is not covered within the purchase. It is customer's responsibility to pay all import-associated duties and fees. Before placing an order, we advise checking your local customs to determine duties.

Packages that are refused by the customer because of import duties will not be processed until we receive them back, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
