All returns must be sent back in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Istanbul to the destination of your choice globally. Domestic shipments will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo at no cost. International packages are sent via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express Worldwide or TNT.
